I have several acres in the city limits of HARDY ARKANSAS with two house lots preped, dozed and ready to build on. The second lot I seemed to like better so I have already built a 24 X 24, two car garage metal building on it.
I have also over the past 8 months aquired 80 or so pine logs ready to build with. A septic system is ready for use and the plans for a 2400sq foot home are even availble.
