2009 log home class schedule

Complete schedule of upcoming classes for 2009. Click on a class from the list below for more details or to sign up.
- October 10th and 11th 2009. We're having a class in Las Vegas, at the Flamingo casino. Take advantage of the 3-day weekend, and the low airfare & hotel costs of Vegas. Visit our sign up page for more information.
- For a list of hotels and other lodgings in our area, or for tips on finding the best travel deals to one of our classes, visit our class information page.
- This is the COMPLETE list of ALL of the classes with space available that we have scheduled for 2009. If these classes are too soon for you, check back regularly to see if we've added a new class. If there's a full class that you'd like to attend, then feel free to contact us about any last-minute cancellations. Article: when is the next class
- Lifetime membership in the association is $795 per person and includes tuition for one person to attend one of our classes. Groups of two or more are $695 per person.

hey...still new here and LOVING IT^0^
but why are the classes so...spuratic??
Iam currently living in Japan but looking to move back in 09`and would like to take class A.S.A.P w/ friends and family that I am planning on ralleying up^0^

Hey Curt. Their sporadic class schedules are because they aren't a large company. The organization, and more specifically, the instructors fit in the classes when they have time to spare from their own jobs and lives. It's a very grass roots type of organization, which is nice, because you get the information straight up and at face value. They don't have to pussy-foot around certain subjects in order to satisfy or risk upsetting sponsors, advertisers, stock-holders, or members of a board.
For that candidacy, it's worth a little sporadicity. (OK, that's not a word, but it should be!)

I'm also living in Japan and y wife and I are super excited to get started. We come back to the country the day after the latest workshop. Bad timing.

Will there be any more classes for 09?
I understand if you don't have the dates yet but are you planning on anymore classes in 2009? My son turns 2 on April 30 so this one is not going to work. Thanks for your time. You guys and gals have a great thing going. I was going to buy a kit until I found this site. Thanks for everything

Sign up for email notification
Be sure to sign up for the email notification. Not only does that let you know right away, but also lets them know how many folks are interested.
The reason they tend to say there aren't any more classes for the year, is because the guys who teach the class don't teach this class as their regular job. They build log homes, and especially during the spring and summer, they are very busy. And since no one knows what life will bring, it also covers their heinies if they avoid saying they'll do something and then have to disappoint people.
So the default answer is "no more classes this year." But since I've been here, I've seen that message go up and down every couple of weeks at times.
