We are selling the 5th wheel trailer we bought to live in while we built. We are still proceeding with the building process and are going to start the permit process soon, but plans have changed and we are not going to need the trailer.
It is a 1993 Teton 40' with 2 tip outs and a whole range of options including washer/dryer, free-standing shower, queen bed. Pretty much has the works and for a trailer is about as livable as it gets.
One of the tip outs needs the floor board replaced and new carpet. The previous owner left the tip out out without levelling which caused water damage in one location. My plan had been to fix it up, but is why it is a good deal.
I am selling it for what I bought it for which is $10,500. It blue books at over $18,000 so my hope was to live in it and sell it for as much as I had into it.
We don't have a truck that can pull it but do know a good hauling company that has good rate. Would be reasonable to ship almost anywhere in WA, OR or ID.
