I just took the course in April 2009. I live in Alberta, Canada and am unsure of the frost line here but I imagine it is fairly deep.

I am trying to decide if I should purchase the 30X30 plans except they do not come with the basement option which is what I want.

Has anyone purchased the 30X30 plans and had them modified to add a basement?
