Cant post location or sig in profile

I dont see any fields in the profile section allowing location or a sig to be entered. Is this a BB issue, or do i have to have so many posts, or am I looking in the wrong place?

You need to accrue a total of 10 posts before the forum will allow you that feature. It is in place due to spamming issues.
