Okay, would have put this in the "BUY-SELL-TRADE" section, but it does not seem to be a hopping place.

Anyway, if someone was to take these dudes up what should one concentrate on trying to scrap? First thing in my head - if there's no rot, FLOORS!

Floors fixtures like sink and bathtub espescially if their antique and in good shape, cabinates perhaps. Doors and lumber.
