Suggestions;
1. Start a new introduce your self topic - the old one is too difficult to find stuff...
2. Eliminate the ability for a person to delete the topic they started after around ten posts... I believe it is unfair to the forum for an individual to get into a snit, and delete all of the posts that they started no mater how many individuals contributed... Don't your remember that kid that said "I want to take my ball and go home". He was a pain...
3. I would like to see a punch list of stuff the forum is trying to fix... and a monthly report on the progress or lack there of. I know this sounds bureaucratic but so am I, or was at least...

Several other suggestions
1. I renew my request for a heads up when the forum is undergoing changes. I am not that wise to figure out when I am doing something wrong - or the web site is down or the internet is just wacko... Thanks.
2. A young lady is trying to build her husbands dream. I would like to be part of that but I need about 6 months to plan the travel etc... Is it possible to have a special projects topic.
3. I have said this before but I have been part of this forum since day one. I have stacked my logs. I have answered to tried to help others. I am tired and old (and a little feisty). Can we have a topic to address issues ofter the roof is on. Things tend to get lost. I don't believe we need to transfer stuff, Steve, just start the little sucker and let it bloom.
4. Something like a builder of the month profile topic. We have a bunch of interesting folks. It would be interesting IMHO. I mean log home folks are a little different. It would be cool to read about selling your plane to buy some land and become debt free and building a log home or tipi or something like that... Who is the oldest builder or the most succestful female builder... It could be very cool... It would be about overcomming the odds, why we build, our motivations, our dreams...
Thats all for now

1. agree
2. agree 100%
3. it's a free forum & I'm sure these guys are swamped with many projects (stock plans, brackets, classes, building etc).....it would be one thing if we paid $10/month for member access, but it's free & worth much more than that, so I'm not complaining.
