Flag as spam button

Well I got to say LHBA really keeps up on controlling spam, but I still see a few slip by once in a while, and thought it'd be nice if users could lend a helping hand if there were a spam/abuse button. Perhaps it could be a feature limited to members only, if admin is concerned about inappropriate flagging by the general population.
