Greetings all!

I am very interested in geothermal heating/cooling. I remember one time seeing on a PBS station that there is a system where water pumped ten feet underground through a series of pipes. This took advantage of the average temperatures of the Earth at that depth. However, I have only been able to find references to large geothermal power generating stations. Can some one direct me to where I need to go?

There is a company "Groundloop" who installs this type of heating/cooling system. Looks simple. I have been told it has been used in Europe for years, I am sure if you Google it you will come up with something. Chris
