ICF Basement
I'm doing an ICF basement myself. R24 no forms to rent, no crew needed. Place ICF blocks re-enforce and pour.
ICF's
I used "Logix" ICF's to do my 5 foot stem wall. The dealer delivered the ICF's himself and stayed to help put it together on the first day and stayed for the pour the next day. If he had not been there, it could have been a nightmare, but it went perfectly. Our best contractor bid was over $10,000 more than we ended-up paying and he wasn't going to use ICF's. Troy
