This impressive California home is a recent Exceptional Log Home Award winner. Owner-builders Jeff and Katie did a fantastic job.
This 3000 square foot log home has a eye popping view of Bear Lake. It sits on a full rock covered daylight basement. It has spacious decks, giant gable windows, a gourmet kitchen, exposed rafters and floor joists, stout tongue and groove flooring and tons of other impressive details. It is quite an impressive sight.
Not only are we happy to present them with this award, we'd also like to offer them our heartfelt congratulations for having just received their Certificate of Occupancy. That's right, they passed their final inspection with ease, and have moved into their own owner-built log cabin. Congratulations Jeff and Katie on a job well done.
They enjoyed their log home building project so much that they are already planning on building a second one. Based on how gorgeous their first home is, we can't wait to see their second.
