Hi all,

The only reason that post this here is because I know that Skip
has collected a few knives in his day, and this forum likely
includes many outdoorsy types who might be interested in this.

Recently I have become aware of the knives offered buy the
Busse Combat Knife Company. And have a couple of them on order
right now.

This manufacturer has quite a following among knife nuts and collectors.
The knives are beautiful and almost indestructable.

Here are the links for Busse Combat and Busse Combat at BladeForums.

Knife collectors

Though not considered a collector's knife, those remind me of my working knife that goes with me when hunting, hiking, and any other time I feel the need to have it at hand, and that's a Becker Knife & Tool BK7, at about an eighth the cost. It's a serious knife meant for work, and not just for pretty.

(I like to collect things too, but if I can't/don't use the things I collect, I don't bother. )
