I have an extensive amount of loblolly pine on approx. 60 acres of property, Noting the sheer size and weight of these huge trees, Im wondering what the most economical way to move them a 1/4 mile would be if someonne knows of something I dont or of some equipment I could rent. I would ferry them back and fourth by trailer but the weight calculator told me one logs weight would be too much for my truck to carry or haul. I was also wondering about the shrink value of loblolly pine.

hauling cost

I was looking at some logs that were 4 miles from my property and found that the cost to have them hauled would be $300.00.
It may be worth it if they are that big.
