This log cabin was built by Joe, Dave and Bill, the owners of a local pizzeria. Before the seminar was over, they had decided to become log cabin builders.

On the second day of the seminar they gave Skip a T-shirt from their "Hot Lips Pizza" Restaurant -- which he has often worn on his travels throughout the world. 

The 'pizza guys' sent the following note to Skip;

Dear Skip,

I just thought I'd send you a couple of pictures of our finished house on Hartstene Island. We listed it for sale last week, and there has been interest in it already..."

"Anyway, things are going well and we are preparing to start the next house on our adjacent property."
