His "net" profit from the sale was $160,000.00.  This was long before the 'real estate bubble.' 

If necessary, Mike could easily build more than one log home per year.

This home was chosen to be "HOME OF THE WEEK" by the newspaper in Mikes geographical area.   

The home was also chosen to be "HOME OF THE MONTH" by the Log Home Builders Association of North America.
