How much are you willing to spend there is some in skagit county up the river for sale and all over whatcom county.

Hi Bob,
We'd like to stay under $100k for property but I'm thinking between $35k and $60k is a good range.
Also, we don't want anything that's totally out in the boondocks! ;-) We want something relatively close (within 15 minutes or so) of town.
So, I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Annie
Here's a good link that will help you search the mls listings.

Mason county is the least expensive for finding land next to water in western Washington, although it's definitely nowhere near Marysville!
Hope you find what you're looking for.
Hello,
We're new here and hope to take the class this summer. We live in the Marysville, WA area and are looking for some land in Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom or Island County. We'd prefer something near the water (Puget Sound or a river) that's at least an acre. We'd really like a few more acres than that but less 10.
If anyone has any leads or tips, please email me.
Thanks,
Annie
