There was a really good article in this month's addition of Mother Earth News entitled "75 Ways to Live on Less and Love It!". The author lives with his wife and children in Maine and their annual income in 2005:
$4,303.84
(in 2004, they made $2,000).
Mother Earth News is a very good source for DYI and self-sufficency tips.
The article was very good, for someone like myself in Generation X (I'm 23) who is expected to want all of these electronic gadgets and wear Calvin Klein. Fortunately, I don't subscribe to all of that.
I am looking for any books or sources (online or print) on debt-free, DYI living. Please let me know!

This is one of those books that can really change your perspective. It changed mine!

The Frugal Community that Angela suggested is also an excellent resource and makes for some very interesting reading. I've been cruising it since the first time she suggested it.
