The upstairs is one giant open area.  It would be very easy to put 2 or 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Since this is a butt and pass log home, where none of the interior walls bear should weight, adding some none load bearing stick frame walls is a snap.  It is cheap and easy to remodel to any floor plan you like.
