I'm going to be listing this with an agent next week, so I thought I'd see if there was anyone interested in the forum. This property is located only 12 minutes south of Lander, WY rated in the top ten of the best little towns in the U.S. to live in cited in Outside magazine. The property boasts breathtaking views of the Wind River mountains and the red rock cliffs of Red Canyon and some views of the Little Popo Agie river which is located at the base of the hill allowing a short walk to incredible fly-fishing opportunities. Only two 1/2 hours from Jackson Hole and two hours from Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone. The proposed building site enables Southern exposure and is very private. Phone and power to property. Owner would drill well. We have purchased a larger lot so we must sell. ($40,000.)

Roughly 3 acres with gorgeous views in Lander, WY
I will second Sean's endorsement of the beauty of the Lander area! I LOVE Lander. Nice friendly medium-sized town, pretty places to hang out in all directions from there. We especially like nearby Sinks Canyon right about this time of year when the wildflowers are blooming. I had a long talk with a gal from New Mexico when we were visiting there, wondering why fate had not made US one of the people born there (the lucky dogs!), because we never would leave.
Like your "handle", too, Sean.
