Sheri & Debbie's first log home (they went on to build more log homes after this).
This log home is 2 stories, and around 25' x 30'. As near as they can recollect, it cost them around $20,000 to build their home. Zillow recently listed its value at $418,304, which seems about right in light of what other members have been selling their log homes for in this area.
