Snapstone Tile

Chad, I've had two customers who had this installed previously and had me and my son tear it out and put old fashioned tile with thinset down instead. It cost them a lot of money but they weren't happy at all with the Snapstone product. I don't want to disparage someone's product but it seemed to me that it was...too artificial for my taste. I want my tile to sound and feel solid.

We saw some made by Dupont

We saw some made by Dupont that looked just like tile, but as mentioned, it's pricey $3.50/sf but I'm sure it would go down quick.

That being said, I think we're sticking to good ol' fashioned real tile.
