Hello everyone,
I'm a first time blogger, just finished my class in April. I'm thinking about buying a piece of land in Snohomish County. I'd like to know if anyone has anything to say about going through the Pre-Application Process for Snohomish County. It cost $250 and brings a County guy out to your property to outline all of your restrictions. Would it be better to hire a private land development consultant? I'm a little leary about having a County guy pointing out things that a private consultant might let go. What do you think?

pre-app
I'm not in that county, but it seems like having the pre-app guy coming out would be fine... but if they say you need a biologist to come out and evaluate wetlands or anything, that's where I'd hire a private biologist as opposed to a county one.
That's all I have to add based on our experience.
We are building in Pierce county, very close to getting our permit now.
Pre-App?
Thanks for your 2 cents.
