Well, it depends on how hard you want to work to make it look nice. 2 1/4" T&G takes forever to install. You'd either glue it down or nail or staple it through the tongue. The picture shows a lot of short lengths on the flooring. So, you'd have a lot of pieces per run and very thin runs to boot. Also, the flooring is unfinished and when you do get it installed, you have to sand and finish it. Plus keep it clean during the install process and then during the finishing process. The price is a bit on the low side, but it is not necessarily economical. I don't know your proximity to their warehouse but you also have to consider shipping costs or your time in going to load it, unload it at home and then keeping it acclimated to the install environment. Just my 2 cents worth.

I've laid this stuff down, it's pretty easy. I'm no expert, just the hired help. Agree with Mark, it is time consuming and labor intensive. It's a real good looking floor, though. Use a good quality flooring nailer and it's not too rough on the body. Lots of "down ups" though.
As for the price, I've seen Ebay listings for roughly the same price. Even a bit lower, like in the low $1's. My strategy is to get it from the Amish, either through my old contact or directly myself. I'm shooting for $1 per foot. Not sure what the wholesale price is.
One other thought: Lower grade planks can be used in closets, utility room, storage area, etc., to cut costs a little further.
It's 400 feet for $400, which equals my target of $1 per sq foot. Just thought someone might be interested. Indiana guys maybe.
