Tankless water heater and sump pump

I put a couple things on ebay if anyone has interest. A Bosch AquaStar 250SX tankless water heater (Natural Gas). This is NEW, never used, only opened to check and make sure all parts are there. It will heat 6.5 gallons per minute on demand.

Also put a NEW Wayne SmartPump ISO 50 on there as well. This unit will handle over 3,000 gallons per hour and is a back up sump pump as well as primary. My wife bought it and we will not be using it.
