Logs for home building - white pine
Will be cutting about 40 logs, 40 ft long , 12-18 inches on my land shortly, which can be used for log home building or whatever you need it for. Will cut and remove branches for you, may be able to transport them. Wanting $100 a log. Come take a look
Don't need your services yet, but I may soon.
I'm looking at an excavator in Sequim.
I need a member who is familiar with heavy equipment, engines,
transmissions, hydraulics, undercarriage to take a look at this
piece of equipment. Give me a ballpark figure for your time and
tansportation. I'd rather pay a member for the work than an
outsider.
BTW...be fair to yourself when estimating your cost. I believe a
person who works with his hands and has a valuable skill should
be properly compensated. I don't think it's fair to you to offer me
a "special deal" just because I'm also a member. I'm a gonna pay
no matter who I hire, so it may as well be you.

Grandberg Alaska MK-III C3 complete mill package ($650 new) with, oiler, helper handle, 30" double ended bar, rip chain (0.058 gauge, 3/8 in. pitch), guide frame, 7 ft guide rail, and 10 ft guide rail ($220 new). I used to use a Husky 390 to run this but any big saw power head will work.
Grandberg Mini Mill II ($95 new) with a 10 ft guide rail and a 14 ft guide rail, a 24" Husky bar ($73 new) and rip chain (0.058 gauge, 3/8 in) ($35 new). I used to use my Husky 385 to run this one. Usually it was a lot more power than necessary. It was an easy switch to put a 42" bar on the saw to fell, then put this little mill on the saw to edge after sawing planks with the Alaska mill.
All this is pretty low hours and well cared for. I have an assortment of accessories to throw in as well. $900 takes all. All reasonable offers accepted. Call Greg at 360-513-7590 or 360-713-3040.
I have moved to Florida. I have not put my house in TN on the market yet as I still have loads of stuff there.
I put in a completly new centeral heat and air in 03 including new ducts. I had Inslutation blown in. It's old and run down but warm and dry and VERY livable. I have 1.3 acres mostly sloped. I was going to build a split style, 15'x30 then pick up the rest of the 15' 5 feet higher. No trees for logs but lots of space for unloading. Semi parking off street in front. Half way between Shelbyville TN and Fayetteville TN on Rt 231.
Mark Gibson HDGib1@yahoo.com Still trying to find photos I have somewhere.
Spectacular 10 acres sharing forest boundary meaning a thousand acre back yard. Sad to sell. Near Lenior, not far from Blowing Rock. I chose this piece of land very carefully for privacy, terrain and natural beauty. Has a crick. In a locale dedicated to keeping it wooded, a relaxed pleasant HOA which maintains the gate. It is early in the morning and I may be off, but the price is around $130,000. An ideal cabin location. THE PROPERTY IN THE FOLLOWING LINK IS NOT MINE AND I DO NOT HAVE A REALTOR YET, but it is neighboring and the link has photos and more regional info.

I have to sell some stuff to raise some capitol in order to get my porch roof on. I have over 1000 bd ft (probably closer to 2000 bd ft)of 1 inch spruce planks that have been borate treated and air dried for more than a year. I am looking to get 50 cent per bd ft. I also have a small amount of white pine planks, looking for 30 cent a bd ft, cause it isn't as nice as the spruce. 3 - 2.5 ton ross brand chain hoists with 20ft lift, I'd like to get $75 each for them. I have a 110 gal water tank for $75. 2 cant hooks for $25 each, a blue wounder spud for $10, and various lengths of chain I havn't figured a price on that yet. I am located in eastern ct. I might even be able to deliver for gas money, within a reasonable distance. You can email me at hemlock76 at sbcglobal dot net . If you have other tool or equipment needs just give me a shout, I probably have it.Stu http://s165.photobucket.com/albums/u64/hemlock77/
I have been looking for an old Diesel Lister generator. I found one, but I'm not going to Las Vegas to get it. If you live closer, this isn't a bad deal.

I dont usually post this kind of thing but this appears to be a rare offering.
I havent seen the land, it could be 100% floodplain for all I know. But 5 acres on Priest River, even without direct power to the site, for this price, if it has a good build site, is a very rare find indeed.
