First off, the message was written in 2007, so it's a bit confusing right off the bat because of that. But more importantly, I think it's a little too discouraging / pessimistic. Each time a class is scheduled, and filled, you put this same message back up, which gives people the impression that you don't have classes very often. The truth is that you've had a BUNCH in the last several months.
Now I fully understand that you don't want to promise a class when your availability and demand is unsure. Then the message should reflect that rather than the ominouse "no more classes this year" message.
